1General Provisions

2Registration & Account

To open an account with 7sbet, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be closed at any time and the account balance may be forfeited.

• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed.
• The mobile number and email address provided during registration must be verified.
• Keep your account password confidential. You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from sharing your password with others.
• It is recommended that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure.
• If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without your authorization, contact our support team immediately.
• Accounts cannot be opened in the name of a corporation, trust, or any other business entity.

3Age Verification

7sbet is strictly for individuals aged 18 and over. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

• 7sbet may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time for age verification purposes.
• Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
• If a minor registers using false information, all deposited funds will be forfeited.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on 7sbet are supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• Direct transfers between the Casino Fund and Sports Fund (or vice versa) may not be available — specific restrictions apply.
• Attempting to withdraw a bonus without completing the required wagering on your deposit may result in the withdrawal being cancelled.

5Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus is available to new registered members only, and can be claimed once per person, household, IP address, or device.
• The required wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Maximum bet limits may apply when placing bets using bonus funds.
• When multiple bonuses are active at the same time, the one received first is generally used first.
• 7sbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus system abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

6Betting Rules

7sbet has separate detailed rules for Sports Betting, live betting, and casino gaming. The general rules are outlined below.

• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except in certain cases.
• Odds published before a match starts are subject to change. Odds on confirmed bets will not be altered.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. 7sbet is not responsible for missed bets due to internet connectivity issues.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet is generally voided and the stake is refunded.
• Winnings from successful bets are credited to your account within 72 hours of the official result.
• 7sbet reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.
• In casino games, the result determined by the RNG (Random Number Generator) is final.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain a fair and safe environment on 7sbet.

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or any form of sports fraud.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical glitch or bug on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users.
• Attempting to carry out a cyberattack or hacking against 7sbet.

8Account Closure & Suspension

7sbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• In the event of any violation of these terms.
• Where evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• When a user requests account closure on their own initiative.
• Requesting self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

You can close your account at any time. Be sure to withdraw your available balance before doing so. To reopen a closed account, please contact the support team.

9Limitation of Liability

7sbet accepts no liability in the following situations.

• Missed bets due to technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Delays in transactions caused by issues on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• If an unauthorized third party gains access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or similar circumstances.

In all cases, 7sbet's maximum liability is limited to the current balance held in your account.

10Privacy & Data Protection
